GDB4 Panel-mounted Control Cabinet

GDB4 panel-mounted control cabinet can collect, process, display and upload on-site analog signals uniformly, and realize standard modbusRTU communication between one slave station and two master stations through a 485 data acquisition card. The realization method is that the 485 data acquisition card reads out all instrument card information and stores it in the card storage area, and communicates with two master stations (upper computer, intelligent detection platform) respectively. It also realizes data synchronization update, bus signal isolation, and does not interfere with the detection system.

This detection system is a distributed control system, which adopts an open, standardized, modular and serialized design to separate the complex scenes step by step. It has the characteristics of simple and convenient maintenance. When a certain part or a certain card fails, it can be replaced online without affecting the operation of the entire system to quickly eliminate the fault.
